Personal Lines Account Manager
NTI is an independent insurance agency eager to add a full time Personal Lines Account Manager. P&C license and 36 months experience, in a similar position, required. The role would entail managing a large book of business, conducting policy reviews with a focus on rounding accounts, servicing policies and building a relationship with our clients.
This position is not for the faint of heart or anyone looking for “just a job”. Necessary traits are: strong time management, amazingly positive attitude, attention to detail, impressive communication, plus listening skills and a desire to serve clients and our community.

Compensation: $2600+DOE/month, bonuses, benefits & a healthy team environment.
Requirements: Insurance license and 6 months experience
Goal: Sells new accounts and renews existing accounts while building relationships with clients and referral sources.
- Write new business from quote to close
- Work self-generated as well as agency provided leads
- Follow in house underwriting guidelines to maintain profitability
- Diligent documentation for all client communications
- Stay current on insurance markets, industry changes and carrier rules
- Partner with the agency in community involvement, marketing ventures, and trade shows
Compensation: Base plus commission
